This game will feature 2016 guard Rawle Alkins from Christ The King (NY) who is being recruited by a slew of high major schools including Indiana, Kansas, Cincinnati, Villanova, Florida and others. He will lead a young team into Lewes, DE ready to take on all challengers at this event. The Royals enter the event (7-0) and will face Gonzaga College HS (DC), Sunrise Christian Academy (KS) and Sanford School (DE).The Royals rely on having a versatile roster and defensive pressure to help key their victories so far this season.
They should receive a test from Gonzaga College HS (DC) who has a handful of division 1 prospects on their roster led by 2015 guard Byrant Crawford who is committed to (Wake Forest). Other players to watch for from the Zags are senior forward Sam Miller (Dayton) and 2017 guard Chris Lykes who holds an offer from (Richmond) along with being recruited by other division 1 schools. The Zags enter this game with a record of (4-3) on the season.

In a highly anticipated match-up of the top two players in the class of 2015 (1) Ben Simmons (Montverde Academy, FL) and (2) Jaylen Brown (Wheeler, GA) along with their respective teams ranked #1 and #1o in the country lived up to the hype.
Wheeler (GA) defeated Montverde Academy (FL) 72-65 in the final of City Of Palms Classic in Ft. Myers, FL on Tuesday night. The two stars went back and forth all game long putting on a show for the standing room only crowd that will be remembered for a long time.

Ben Simmons finished with 28 points, 11 rebounds and 1 steal
The win by Wheeler (GA) snapped a 44 game win streak for Montverde Academy (FL) along with stopping a three peat for Montverde Academy (FL) at City Of Palms Classic title games. This was the first championship for a team from Georgia at the prestigious event in Ft. Myers, FL which takes place every December the week before Christmas.
These two teams could meet in a rematch this upcoming weekend at the Les Schwab Invitational in Oregon.
